This was an older house that had some repairs done in the past to stabilize the main floor of the house. The home owner asked for an inspection on the general safety of the foundation, as well as the overall safety of the structure. The customer was in the process of selling their home. The condition of the structure at the time of the inspection appeared to be in a stable condition with settling or heavy damage. Minor repairs were recommended in a few areas, but the house was concluded to be in stable condition.
